Pigs & Pinot is a legacy within the Charlie Palmer Collective, deriving from our heralded annual Sonoma County event, hosted each March at Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen and Hotel Healdsburg. During our annual Reno installation, this year on Saturday, June 22, 2024, you’ll taste expertly prepared dishes by Chef Charlie Palmer and Charlie Palmer Steak Reno, alongside wines from renowned pinot noir makers, including Papapietro Perry and Bricoleur. From Pork Belly Chicharron to mouthwatering Katsu Pork with Apricot Sauce, each dish is crafted to perfectly complement the complex flavors of Pinot Noir wines.
