Holidays in New York
Charlie Palmer Steak IV at The Knickerbocker Hotel, in the heart of Times Square.
The Season in Times Square
Inside the historic Knickerbocker Hotel, Charlie Palmer Steak IV is open for the holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Day bring special menus to the dining room, and New Year's Eve ends on the rooftop, steps from the Ball Drop.
Between the parades, the shows and the shopping, this is where the season slows down.
