Greg moved to Napa to attend school at The Culinary Institute of America, where he met Peter, our Director of Food & Beverage. Greg and his wife had planned to move back to Washington DC after he graduated, but plans change!
After Greg graduated from the CIA, he worked at Farmstead Restaurant in Saint Helena as the Restaurant Service Manager. From there he moved up to Restaurant General Manager at The Restaurant at CIA Copia. And most recently, he was at Acacia House at Las Alcobas, as the Restaurant General Manager. And now, we are lucky enough to have Greg as the General Manager at Charlie Palmer Steak Napa.
Greg's favorite food is anything that is seasonal and is seasoned properly. He has a passionate for good food and wine shared with good friends.
