Mondavi family representative Riana Mondavi will serve as host of the evening, speaking to each wine’s pairing with both large-format beef cuts and delicate small plates.

Charlie Palmer Steak celebrates the best of big, bold American flavors with MEAT + VINE, a new wine dinner series this summer. Enjoy four courses of modern dishes centered around an audacious large-format cut of American beef, all paired with coveted wines from landmark American wineries. Hosted by Lead Sommelier Amanda Streibel, winemakers and experts will be in attendance to talk wine and speak about the varietals’ distinctive rapport with the chef-created dishes.
