Run by wine director Justin Lorenz, Aureole's wine program complements the menu's progressive American cuisine. Wine lovers have always found an extensive collection of Burgundies, Bordeaux, and California Cabernets. But Aureole also offers more than 700 selections from around the world with great depth in Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, and the Rhone Valley, and two dozen by-the-glass pairings, matched to our seasonal tasting menus.
To assist in the search for the perfect bottle, our wines are presented on the

, the first wireless, internet-based wine list that allows diners to view wines by vintage, price or varietal. Thanks to a longstanding relationship with California's respected Iron Horse Vineyards—served at the White house for four consecutive administrations—we also pour a unique sparkling wine, our very own Aureole Cuvee, made exclusively for us in the coolest, foggiest part of the Russian River valley.
